Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Original tags still attached
- Free of damage, stains, or wear
- Returned with original packaging whenever possible
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, email returns@noontheory.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping anything back. Items sent without a prior return request cannot be accepted.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
Return Fees & Shipping
Return Shipping: For standard returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Restocking Fee: Returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee per item.
All Noon Theory pieces are made to order rather than mass-produced and stored in large quantities. The restocking fee helps cover the costs associated with receiving, inspecting, and processing returned merchandise while supporting our small-batch production model.
Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email returns@noontheory.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details about the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.
If a return is required because an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Noon Theory will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
Want a different size, fabric, or vibe? We offer exchanges on eligible items.
Start your exchange by emailing returns@noontheory.com within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange based on current product availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for us to inspect the item and process an approved refund.
After we issue your refund, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the funds to your account. These processing times are outside of our control.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Special event or promotional items specifically marked Final Sale
If an item is Final Sale, we will clearly identify it as such on the product page before purchase.
Before You Buy
We don't do boring—and we don't do mass-produced basics. Our pieces are bold by design, so we recommend reviewing product details, dimensions, sizing, materials, and other specifications before placing your order.
