Shipping Policy

Every Noon Theory pillow is made to order. Please review the information below for details about production, shipping costs, delivery times, and fulfillment.

Production & Fulfillment

Noon Theory designs each product, and our made-to-order pillows are produced and fulfilled by our production partner, Contrado, in London.

Because each pillow is made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production and processing before your order ships.

During high-volume periods, production may occasionally take longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we'll contact you.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

All orders ship from London and are typically delivered by FedEx or UPS.

Production & Processing: 3–5 business days
Transit Time: 3–5 business days after shipment
Estimated Total Delivery Time: Typically 6–10 business days from the date your order is placed

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided in business days and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 per order within the United States.

The shipping charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase at checkout.

International Orders

We do not currently ship to destinations outside of the United States.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email customercare@noontheory.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photo(s) showing the issue(s)

We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right. Depending on the circumstances and product availability, the resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

If a return is required because an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Noon Theory will cover the return shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Our pillows are made to order rather than pulled from mass-produced inventory. We encourage you to review dimensions, materials, and product details carefully before placing your order.
